QuantDesk Pro is a digital subscription with access granted immediately. This policy explains how cancellation works, when refunds are available, and how to request one.
QuantDesk offers a Free tier and a Pro plan at ₹1,499 per month. Pro is a digital subscription: access to paid features is provisioned and made available to you immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is delivered electronically and consumed in real time, the terms below govern cancellations and refunds. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Pro is sold as a one-time monthly purchase with no silent auto-renewal. There is no recurring mandate that charges you automatically. You can simply stop renewing at any time — you will not be auto-charged for the next month.
When you cancel (i.e. choose not to renew), your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period you have already purchased, and then it expires. There is nothing further you need to do to "turn off" billing, since each month is a fresh, deliberate payment.
Because Pro access is a digital service granted immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription is active. However, we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in the following exceptional cases:

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay. Once we initiate a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once you have had access. We also do not provide refunds where access was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, including abuse, scraping, reselling, or other misuse of the service. Dissatisfaction with backtest results or trading outcomes is not a basis for a refund — QuantDesk is a research and educational tool and does not guarantee any results (see our disclaimers).
